Senior Process Engineer
Our client is a well-established company with several FDA-approved products. They’re looking to grow their additive manufacturing capabilities and need your talents in process engineering to ultimately enable GMP production of their tissue engineered products!
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and document SOPs for the production of 3D printed constructs and transfer to GMP manufacturing

Support biomaterials process development, analysis, and continuous improvement

Monitor and continuously improve the print production process from start to finish

Manage post-processing techniques with an eye towards continuous improvement of the processes and materials involved

Support refinement of the entire workflow and collaborate with other departments to deliver high quality products, enable feedback and iteration on continuous improvement
Qualifications:

BS or MS in materials science, polymers, biomedical engineering, or related

Experience in mammalian cell culture and bioreactors

Experience with SLA/DLP printing

Experience using biomaterials and print process methods

Proficiency in statistical analysis (JMP, Excel, and/or Graph Pad Prism)

Knowledge of quality control principles and methodology

Knowledge of GxP (GDP, GLP, and GMP)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
