Join a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company transforming how professionals work across industries worldwide. We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing to lead and scale a high-impact global events program across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute, blending creativity, data, and technology to bring a category-leading brand to life.
You’ll shape the global event strategy, mentor a small team, and drive measurable pipeline impact through live experiences, executive dinners, and regional activations that highlight the power of AI innovation and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a global field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and growth priorities.
- Lead a team of field marketers, providing mentorship, structure, and opportunities for professional development.
- Plan and manage conferences, client dinners, executive roundtables, and roadshows across multiple regions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align programs with pipeline acceleration and customer engagement goals.
- Measure event performance, ROI, and pipeline attribution, using insights to optimize investment and impact.
- Build scalable playbooks, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency globally.
- Oversee budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure flawless execution and strong brand presence at every touchpoint.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation – ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven people manager (2+ direct reports) who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Hands-on experience leading multi-region programs (U.S., U.K., and/or APAC).
- Strong data and ROI orientation, confident discussing KPIs, pipeline influence, and event success metrics.
- Collaborative, cross-functional communicator who thrives in partnership with Sales and regional teams.
- Process-minded and proactive, with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Comfortable in a scaling, high-growth organization where innovation and adaptability are key.
- Hybrid flexibility: able to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration and team meetings.
