Senior Media Buyer

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Google Ads Media Buyer / Senior SEM Manager to lead large-scale customer acquisition campaigns focused on profitable lead generation.

This role is built for a highly analytical, performance-driven Google Ads expert who understands how to scale high-CAC campaigns while maintaining lead quality and acquisition efficiency.

You’ll own day-to-day campaign strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across major Google Ads channels including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Remarketing.

This is a hands-on role where success is measured by scalable growth, efficient CACs, attribution accuracy, and measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns at scale
  • Manage campaigns across Search, PMax, YouTube, Display, and Remarketing
  • Expand keyword coverage and optimize search terms
  • Improve Quality Score, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency
  • Optimize toward CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality goals
  • Scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability
  • Test bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, and creatives
  • Partner with attribution and CRM teams to improve tracking accuracy
  • Utilize offline conversion imports, call tracking, and CRM feedback loops
  • Analyze campaign performance to uncover scaling opportunities

The Profile

We’re looking for a highly technical, performance-oriented SEM operator with deep experience in direct-response lead generation.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing six-figure monthly media budgets
  • Strong background in lead generation performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Google Ads Editor
    • GA4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • call tracking systems
    • offline conversion imports
    • bidding strategy optimization
