Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

Our cybersecurity client is hiring a Marketing Campaigns Manager for its growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, marketing analytics, campaign planning, and execution across channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.


  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, messaging, channels, and creative assets.
    • Create detailed campaign plans outlining timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Project manage the execution of multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and to budget
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaign tactics across multiple channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize tactics and maximize ROI.
    • Budget management
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and plan campaigns
    • Work with the content team to coordinate the development of compelling campaign assets, including copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
    • Partner with the digital team to deliver digital marketing initiatives
    • Partner with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies
    • Partner with the email marketing manager to plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting
    • Create data visualizations to show campaign performance.
    • Undertake weekly campaign reporting against key metrics.
    • Monitor campaign performance and conduct ongoing analysis to optimize tactics, messaging, and targeting.
    • Provide reports on the outcomes of marketing campaigns, including key performance metrics such as campaign reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. 
    • Provide strategic recommendations 


  • 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign management.
  • Experience of SFDC, Pardot & Tableau.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Creative and passionate around developing innovative marketing campaigns 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
