Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, including website updates, product launches, and partner programs.

  • Develop and maintain digital content for email campaigns, social media, and web platforms.

  • Assist in the production of videos, sales collateral, and marketing materials.

  • Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and field marketing events.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and marketing performance metrics.

  • Conduct research to inform content strategy, competitive positioning, and partner enablement.

  • Maintain and organize brand assets and marketing resources.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or related roles.

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting event marketing or tradeshows.

  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere).

  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience working with creative agencies or freelancers.

  • Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Shortcut or Asana.

  • Understanding of B2B marketing best practices.
