Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, including website updates, product launches, and partner programs.

Assist in the production of videos, sales collateral, and marketing materials.

Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and field marketing events.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and marketing performance metrics.

Conduct research to inform content strategy, competitive positioning, and partner enablement.

Maintain and organize brand assets and marketing resources.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or related roles.

Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
