Enterprise Sales Leader, LegalTech (US)
A high-growth, legal tech-enabled services company is hiring its first Enterprise Sales Leader in the US. This is a foundational role focused on building relationships with General Counsels and senior in-house legal leaders at enterprise companies.
The company supports in-house legal teams at well-funded, innovation-driven organizations, with a focus on intellectual property, patents, and global portfolio strategy. With an established delivery engine, active pipeline, and strong marketing support, the next phase of growth requires a senior commercial leader to unlock enterprise revenue.
What you’ll do
- Build and activate relationships with General Counsels and senior legal stakeholders
- Generate new enterprise opportunities and drive early-stage conversations
- Partner with founders to advance and close strategic deals
- Leverage existing marketing, content, and events to support pipeline creation
- Open doors within Fortune-level and high-growth companies
- Help shape and execute the US go-to-market strategy
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience selling into in-house legal teams (legal tech, LPO, legal services, or similar)
- Existing network of General Counsels who will take your call
- Track record of influencing or closing $1M+ enterprise deals
- Builder mindset, comfortable operating in a zero-to-one environment
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Compensation
$225K–$250K base + variable
US-based, Bay Area preferred, with flexibility and travel as needed
