**This is a full-time, on-site role based in the MetroWest/Boston area (5 days per week)**
Our client is well-known consumer brand in the food/bev space. We’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to lead the charge in designing and delivering high-impact events and strategic collaborations that captivate audiences and bring our premium brand to life.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing a world-class events strategy while also identifying and nurturing partnerships that amplify reach and enhance brand equity. You’ll be at the center of our most visible activations, shaping everything from VIP experiences and product launches to co-branded campaigns with like-minded brands.
THE ROLE:
Event Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end planning of upscale, brand-defining events – from concept to flawless execution.
- Identify high-value event opportunities, including sponsorships, experiential marketing, and consumer-facing activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events integrate seamlessly with broader brand and marketing campaigns.
Partnership Development
- Source and develop strategic partnerships with premium brands, influencers, and retailers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that deliver measurable value and brand alignment.
- Co-create campaigns and events that maximize engagement and impact.
Marketing & Promotion
- Partner with the marketing team to promote events and partnerships across digital, social, PR, and experiential channels.
- Create compelling, on-brand content to drive awareness and attendance.
- Ensure all touchpoints maintain a consistent visual identity and tone.
Operations & Performance
- Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Track and report on key success metrics.
- Stay on budget while upholding top-tier quality standards.
THE PROFILE:
- 5+ years in event management, brand partnerships, or experiential marketing, ideally within premium consumer, lifestyle, or CPG industries.
- Proven success planning and executing upscale, high-visibility events.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners and internal teams alike.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- A creative eye for experience design, with a passion for detail and innovation.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
- Familiarity with event planning tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
