Designer, UX/Visual

Position details:
- Ownership of UX and Visual design execution and alignment with strategy, scope and priorities of each project.
- Create component-based design systems for large-scale web solutions.
- create new UI designs, design systems, style guides and other materials that communicate our creative recommendations.
- IA – audit complex websites, developing clear insights, and creating new sitemaps to guide site restructuring.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and annotations that build on our strategic direction and set users up for success.
- Collaborate with other UX designers, visual designers, content strategists, and developers to co-own the final product.
- Continue to support and develop a high standard for UX and Design approaches.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in Information Architecture, UX and Visual design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design (or a related field)
- Experience/knowledge in designing sites powered by content management systems.
- Experience in Figma or a comparable digital design tool
- Confidence in design choices and sharing ideas that challenge current standards
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach
