Brand Manager (10+ Years Experience)
Location: Wellesley, MA (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)
A global, family-owned consumer brand is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join its North America team. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on environment where strategy, creative, and execution are driven in-house. The team is lean, experienced, and rooted in strong CPG and retail fundamentals.
This role is ideal for a brand marketer who thrives owning the full brand lifecycle—from insights and positioning through execution, innovation, and performance.
Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day brand management across marketing, product, and trade support
• Lead development of brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Act as the central point of contact across marketing, sales, and global teams
• Partner with internal teams on campaign development, media planning, and execution
• Develop and launch new products and evaluate post-launch performance
• Lead packaging updates from concept through execution
• Analyze category, pricing, and competitive landscape using Circana/Nielsen or similar tools
• Translate consumer insights into actionable growth strategies
• Identify opportunities to drive brand growth and improve performance
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and brand health
• Lead consumer research and monitor market trends
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and product teams, including international markets
• Present strategies, plans, and results to leadership
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
• Strong foundation in CPG brand management preferred
• Experience with Circana, Nielsen, or similar data tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and product launches
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Experience owning brand positioning and messaging
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
