Key Responsibilities
– Lead and execute integrated product communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Deliver branded and disease awareness campaigns, including digital and social initiatives.
– Manage development and approval of communication materials.
– Collaborate across U.S. business units and global teams to enhance reputation and impact.
– Partner with patient advocacy organizations and other external stakeholders.
– Track, measure, and report on communication outcomes and KPIs.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree required (communications, journalism, or related field preferred).
– 7–10 years of external communications experience, with a background in pharmaceutical/biotech product communications.
– Strong track record in public relations, media, and advocacy partnerships.
– Skilled at balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
– Corporate in-house experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
– Annual base salary: $160,000 – $210,000
