Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Sr. Manager) with specialized expertise in life sciences recruiting to join our Clinical Stage Pharmaceutical client here in Boston, MA! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support our company’s growth and strategic objectives within the life sciences sector. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and execute effective sourcing and hiring plans within the life sciences domain.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, leveraging your deep understanding of the life sciences landscape.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the life sciences field, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely delivery of high-quality hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with meaningful insights into our company culture, mission, and career opportunities, while effectively representing our employer brand.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and talent market insights within the life sciences sector, translating this knowledge into actionable recommendations and innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Talent Development, and Hiring Managers, to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment processes, tools, and metrics, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in life sciences recruiting, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical devices industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent within the life sciences domain, with a deep understanding of industry-specific roles, skill sets, and market dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences while driving positive business outcomes.
