Sr. RA, Formulation & Analytical Development

Our Vaccine Client that is funded by the NIH is growing and looking to add a Sr. RA, Formulation & Analytical Development to their team in Cambridge, MA. They are focused on developing next generation vaccines and therapies based on their proprietary technology. This technology enables sustained intradermal delivery of vaccines and therapeutics to enhance efficacy and simplify administration. We are seeking a talented, collaborative, and highly motivated individual to join our core team of scientists and engineers. Responsibilities:
? Support development of novel formulations for a range of vaccine antigens.
? Perform analytical characterization of formulations for antigen potency and stability.
? Assess in vitro release kinetics of vaccine antigens.
? Contribute to experimental planning; analyze data, communicate results, and present work in team meetings.
? Maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic lab notebook entries.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in one of the Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering with at least 2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience OR Master’s degree in those fields with 0-2+ years of industry experience.
? Hands-on experience with formulation development. Experience with biologic formulations is a plus.
? Hands-on experience with biologic characterization techniques, including HPLC, SEC, DLS, ELISA, or other plate-based assays.
? Experience working in a GLP laboratory is a plus.
