Key Responsibilities:

Establish preclinical liver models for drug testing using 3D cell culture, on-chip, and other technologies

Develop assays to assess viability, function, and pharmacokinetics

Analyze complex, multifaceted biological data and statistical techniques as appropriate

Present and communicate results through written reports and oral presentations

Stay current with the literature and technological advances in relevant fields
Qualifications:

PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience

Educational background in tissue engineering, cell biology, biomaterials science, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a relatedfield

Hands-on experience working with aseptic mammalian cell culture, primary cells, and 3D culture models (organoids, organs-on-chip, MPS)

Experience in the design, execution, and analysis of diverse cell biology and tissue engineering experiments

Solid molecular biology skills (qPCR, ELISA, IF/IHC imaging, and high-throughput data analysis)

General ability to operate independently to generate and hypotheses and draw conclusions
