Senior Research Associate, Immunology (In Vitro/In Vivo)

In this role you will work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in developing studies with  vitro assays (multi-color flow cytometry, FACS analysis, ELISA) and in vivo (tissue harvesting/processing). You will bring with you experience with mammalian cell culture and immunological assays and contribute to in vivo workflows.. You’ll Be Responsible For:

•    Working in the lab to independently conduct in vitro cell-based assays
•    Executing hands-on techniques in immunological assays studies including: ELISPOT and ELISA.
•    Working on multi-color flow cytometry experiments and adhere to company protocols
•    Contributing to in vivo workflows including: tissue harvesting, tissue processing, subcutaneous immunizations, tumor measurements, and bleeds. 
•    Maintaining cell culture and tumor cell lines. 
•    Accurately documenting findings and daily work in an electronic lab notebook.
•    Help maintain and troubleshoot equipment and assist in ordering lab supplies or work with appropriate vendors. 
•    Assisting in experimental design and planning and further contribute to the analysis of data. 
•   Helping build and influence a passionate and invigorating team culture. 

You’ll Bring With You: 

•    BS 4+ years/ MS 2+ in Immunology, Cellular Biology or relevant discipline and 2+ years of industry experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery setting. 
•    Proficiency in aseptic technique of mammalian cell culture.
•    Experience with ELISA and flow cytometry assays is strongly preferred.
•    Experience with in vivo tissue work is a plus. 
•    Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
•    Ability to work in an evolving biotech environment and contribute impactfully to the company’s mission and pipeline efforts.
