Senior Product Marketing Manager

Our health tech client connects the nursing community to flexible work opportunities and each other to build a supportive and thriving network. Their platform offers career development resources and flexible shift offerings for nurses, while alleviating staffing shortages at healthcare facilities. They are seeking a Director/Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and develop positioning and messaging that includes meaningful value propositions for products by audience and personas
  • Partner with the product team to create a compelling story and proof points that support the product’s GTM, drive feature adoption, and user retention
  • Develop training and education materials for directed at their audience
  • Create high-impact repeatable sales tools such as collateral, product videos, presentations, competitive positioning, etc
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously iterate on positioning and messaging

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with product marketing and/or related business strategy or consulting experience
  • Experience in the healthcare space preferred but not necessary
  • A passion for storytelling and designing engaging messaging for diverse audiences
  • Experience leveraging data to design and evaluate messaging that resonates
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to communicate between cross-functional teams and to senior leadership
  • Startup experience preferred
