As the Senior IT Infrastructure Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the IT strategy across the Cell & Gene Therapy Center of Excellence for a growing Contract Organization in the Biomanufacturing field. You’ll Be Responsible For: 

  • Strategic Execution Guidance: Align IT strategies with business goals and global IT objectives.
  • Technology Leadership: Lead efficient systems implementation, maintenance, and budget management.
  • Project Management: Drive initiatives supporting scalability, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Global Collaboration: Share best practices and contribute to global IT initiatives.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies.
  • GxP Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and data security standards.
  • Business Partnership: Identify and implement IT solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Agile & Collaborative: Navigate ambiguity, communicate effectively, and build consensus.
  • Work directly with the (Global) Head of Infrastructure and align company strategy to the new sites build-out.
  • Guide implementation of LIMS systems and lab data management tracking procedures. 

You’ll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Pharmaceutical or Contract Organization Experience of 10+ years in IT infrastructure management. 
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desired. 
  • Track record of motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in regulated IT infrastructure in pharmaceutical regulated environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience in IT systems GxP/GMP/CSV compliance and requirements. 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, ITSM, MS Teams, and other IT services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Ability to work in a matrixed organization with global stakeholders.
