Sr. Director of Performance Marketing 

This role will lead a team of Paid Media marketing experts and performance business analysis for the global SRI business. You will devise all aspects of digital marketing including the development and execution of digital marketing plans, strategies, and programs to enable continued growth and profitability. You will define marketing data KPIs, as well as provide marketing expertise and recommendations to optimize and iterate on our company goals.

A successful executive in this role will have demonstrated experience in leading and growing a successful digital marketing capability including a history of growing web traffic and conversions. We are looking for someone who can be an in-house expert for all things Digital Marketing and partner with the Executive Team and other internal stakeholders to drive the success of this fast growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision for the Digital Media Department and create an efficient organizational structure, providing leadership, inspiration and coaching to all teammates.

  • Lead and grow a team of talented and diverse marketers to the execution of Paid Social and Search campaigns and the development of emerging platform strategies

  • Define and implement the direction of the overall digital strategy that aligns with business goals, objectives, and direction for SRI.

  • Design, implement, test, and scale paid strategies across channels and business units including experimentation frameworks that optimize creative, audience and channel effectiveness

  • Develop and execute a strategic and tactical business plan with cross-functional teams to drive conversion & engagement across all digital platforms.

  • Bring sophistication and innovative ideas on digital technologies, written content and social media channels

  • Develop an acumen of testing and performance analysis to ensure ongoing improvements.

  • Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to the analysis of technology trends and the identification of new opportunities to help drive digital strategies.

  • Analyze business performance, drive measurable outcomes and clear recommendations to executive leadership

  • Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and efficiency within different departments

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 10+ years of business experience with a strong track record of success in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations and/or Acquisition Marketing. 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record in planning, designing and executing growth initiatives

  • Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and reporting on large data sets and experience with BI tools

  • Experience growing and managing high performance teams, ideally with a global mindset

  • Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills
