Senior Campaign Specialist

Our client is an established consumer retail brand and they are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to help develop and execute campaign strategy associated with customer acquisition and retention. This role will work in cooperation with marketing partners to define campaign roadmap and measurement metrics.

THE ROLE

  • Define and develop campaign roadmap for acquisition and retention efforts
  • Manage campaign development and execution, monitoring and measurement of campaigns across various marketing channels  
  • Oversee marketing promotional efforts for each campaign, refining targets and offerings to optimize overall customer value
  • Analyze campaign results and learnings to adjust the roadmap
  • Share key learnings and insights cross-functionally with leaders across the organization

 THE PROFILE

  • 3+ years relevant experience managing marketing campaigns for a consumer/retail brand
  • Experience managing campaigns across email, direct mail and digital
  • Test and learn mentality with a metrics-driven approach to marketing
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with key cross-functional players
  • Comfortable working in Excel and managing data
  • Bachelor’s degree required
