The Senior Accountant will report to the company’s Corporate Controller and be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance activities and assist with accounting/finance process improvements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Compile transaction support for cash postings and prepare entries
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules as well as prepaid and amortization schedules and documentation
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual close process, including preparing account reconciliations, support schedules and other analyses
- Support preparation of the monthly closing binder
- Support annual tax return filing process
- Assist with implementing, maintaining, and adhering to internal controls

Qualified candidates will have a BS degree or higher in Accounting (CPA preferred) and 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public and/or biopharmaceutical organizations. Knowledge of Concur/NetSuite/ADP a plus.
