Candidate Responsibilities: 

  • You will focus on high-throughput screening for a portfolio of epigenetic and epigenomic cell therapy approaches
  • You will bring prior experience in conducting lab studies in gene editing, RNAi, CRISPRa, CRISPRi, or CRISPR knockout techniques
  • You will work to develop DNA constructs and CRISPR libraries
  • You will bring chromatin biology, epigentics, or transcriptional regulation disciplines and ideas to the team with a fearless and passionate approach to your work
  • You will work to optimize CRISPR technologies, laboratory protocols, and methodologies for biochemical and cell-based assays
  • You will be able to decipher data from and effectively execute experiments in line with project timelines and goals and further communicate findings to key stake holders on the team
     

Candidate Requirements: 

  • PhD in cell/molecular biology or cell/gene therapy in Industry setting with exposure of 3+ years
  • Expertise in high throughput pooled CRISPR screening is required
  • Experience with epigenetic platforms including: ChIP-seq or ATAC-seq
  • It is valuable to have NGS technologies experience and informatic analysis
  • Experience in working with vector engineering of lenti/retro/adeno-virus products is desired
  • Ability to digest latest industry publications/patents in the CRISPR and HTS space to bring in new ideas and strategies is imperative
  • You will be ready to face challenging science and lead and collaborate with top-minds in the space daily
