PR Account Supervisor | B2B Tech

Our B2B tech PR client is actively winning new business with clients located on the West Coast and as a result they are eager to find an Account Supervisor to join them. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of programs for mid to late stage emerging technology companies, with key focus areas in marketing services, cybersecurity, enterprise software and data analytics. This position can be fully remote, hybrid, or 100% in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact by providing insight and strategic recommendations to the client and team
  • Own development of quarterly/campaign plans
  • Mentor team in the creation of program-specific ideas for media relations, influencer relations, social media, content development and speaking and awards
  • Mentor account team on the client,
  • Lead media relations strategy 
  • Lead content development efforts 
  • Direct the team in digital media/ influencer relations initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B technology and/or healthcare
  • Experience developing plans and programs including new product launches and product positioning
  • Comfortable with media training, messaging and pitching stories, while ensuring flawless tactical execution of program elements
  • Digitally savvy
  • Experience providing both traditional and digital/social media recommendations to clients
  • Dynamic presentation skills
  • Proven success managing, mentoring and developing junior staff
