Our client – an emerging leader in the baby formula market – is seeking a a Medical Marketing CRM Associate to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end CRM activities with a variety of healthcare providers
- Supporting optimization of newsletter & campaign performance to continuously improve CRM relevant KPIs (OR, CTOR, CR)
- Customer retention & reactivation
- Supporting the Medical Marketing Program by driving formula trial and promoting subscription sampling model as well as supporting the growth of Medical Influencer program
Requirements
- Previous experience with Hubspot or other CRM tool is required
- Registered Dietitian, Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent background with pediatric experience desired
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required working with healthcare providers
- College education with Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or equivalent healthcare focused field
- Previous business development, marketing or sales experience is considered a plus
