Media Supervisor

Our client is a global media agency specializing in eComm, retail, CPG and healthcare clients. They are looking for a Media Supervisor for a well-known consumer lifestyle brand.

 

THE ROLE

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journey
  • Cooperatively manage media plan strategy and delivery of cross channel media plan
  • Cross channel expertise including Digital, Print, Video, Audio, Specialty- deep experience in digital channels specifically social, programmatic and display.
  • Development and writing of client facing plan recommendations including plan presentations with accompanying flowchart and budgets, with inputs from investment teams.
  • Manage and supervise the implementation and execution of media plan and benchmarks for success
  • Mentor and manage media planners and associates
  • Stay apprised of industry standards, emerging media programs

 

THE PROFILE

• 3-4 years of media planning experience, preferably with an Agency.

  • Understanding of strategic marketing communications plans and ability to develop media plans to deliver against strategic goals
  • Ability to think cross-channel and in an integrated fashion across digital and offline media channels, with deep digital expertise
  • Strong written, presentation, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative/qualitative skills and comfort working with data and analytics teams
  • Ability to mentor and lead a small team
