Senior Media Planner

We’re working with a media agency seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Media Planner to lead campaign planning across a diverse media mix. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on more ownership, serve as the key point of contact on their accounts, and help guide junior team members while still being hands-on with planning execution.

You’ll play a critical role in building smart, well-rounded strategies that span video (TV, CTV, OLV), audio, digital, social, and OOH. You’ll manage the flow of work, ensure budget accuracy, and collaborate across internal and client teams to deliver timely, effective plans that move the business forward.


THE PROFILE

We’re looking for a media planner who brings:

  • 3–5 years of media planning experience

  • Broad channel experience across:

    • Video (TV, CTV, OLV)

    • Audio (Streaming & Terrestrial)

    • Digital (Programmatic, Partnerships)

    • Social, Search, and OOH/DOOH

  • Strong written and verbal communication—you can clearly present and defend recommendations

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines

  • Familiarity with planning tools and platforms including Nielsen AdIntel, MRI, Telmar, and Strata

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
