Marketing Operations Manager

Our SaaS client is well poised to be the next unicorn in the manufacturing space. They are seeking a visionary Marketing Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This person will support the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations in building and optimizing our marketing tech stack as well as help drive operational excellence within marketing.

Responsibilities

Marketing Tech Stack –

  • Work closely with Director of Marketing Technology and Operations to support existing mar-tech stack, executing daily operations of new systems as needed.

Lead to Revenue Management Process –

  • Manage and support lead creation to revenue recognition process through a close partnership with the Marketing, Rev Ops and Sales
  • Work closely with manager to streamline processes to create consistency, when possible, across business lines while allowing for value-add differentiation
  • Support funnel metrics and help optimize reporting through marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce)

Manage Marketing Automation –

  • Help scale and execute automation to support a multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Manage the execution of marketing programs, emails, landing pages, workflows, smart lists, and reports for all marketing programs
  • Execute lead nurturing programs
  • Maintain and build upon lead scoring model
  • Report on leads, pipeline creation, and campaign performance leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce

Manage Marketing Metrics and ROI Analysis –

  • Partner with manager on Marketing reporting and dashboard development, analysis, and delivery
  • Work with marketing teams to set up the reporting for campaign performance, conversions, etc.
  • Work with marketing teams to set up the reporting for strategic goals.

Maintain Data Integrity –

  • Maintain marketing prospect databases including persona, segmentation, domain, transaction history in HubSpot
  • Work closely with manager to ensure data quality and accuracy across platforms
  • Manage lead assignments, lead quality and enrichment as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in the Marketing technology and operation space, preferably with a B2B focus
  • Must have experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Analytics and operations focused. Experience working with large sets of data
  • A can-do team please who is ready to roll up their sleeves to help drive marketing excellence with a strong desire to succeed
