Marketing Manager –  Life Science or Technology 

Our client, a pioneer of 3D printing is hiring a Marketing Manager to support the exciting growth within their Bioprinting division.From aerospace to healthcare, this client is improving the way things are made and in turn, positively changing the way we live.  

As the Marketing Manager, you'll be on the ground floor of a growing team and will lend voice to strategy, help create processes, and shape the growth and direction of this team.

We're talking to candidates with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in bioengineering, biology, regenerative medicine. Master’s degree a plus 
  • 3+ years previous experience in marketing B2B technology products/solutions – Experience in a global organization is a plus and Life Science is a ++! 
  • Established track record of managing the development and execution of B2B multi-touch marketing campaigns for product launches and/or Lead Generation 
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen; has a passion for business value 
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems 
  • Strong project management skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects 

In this role you will: 

  • Manage the implementation of go-to-market plans necessary to meet the Sales revenue goals. 
  • Develop, execute and manage comprehensive Marketing Plans for integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, seminars, emails, landing pages, content syndication, advertising, social media, articles and blog posts, Inside Sales follow up…, in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Industry and Product teams. 
  • Support Sales by generating new, well targeted leads and promote brand and products across verticals. Develop and execute product launch programs. Develop, implement and optimize lead nurturing programs, storytelling, drip & triggered campaigns, measuring progresses and conversions 
  • Partner with Product Managers, Industry Specialists and Sales Teams to produce all campaign-related materials, such as industry briefs, guides, eBooks, whitepapers, customer stories, web updates, social media, use cases for product launches, and more. Develop and re-purpose relevant marketing content and materials as needed. 
  • Make sure all campaign materials, website, online contents, and emails have strong customer-centric messaging, compelling narratives, and communicate the business value and benefits of technical solutions; Intimately understand products and applications, and how each client aligns with them. 
  • Help drive and coordinate where needed the creation of customer case studies, news stories, press releases, events and communications 
  • Coordinate Demand Generation marketing campaigns with Inside Sales and Sales to guarantee proper follow-through and eliminate the risks of losing potential opportunities. Brief Sales teams prior to campaign launches, to ensure alignment and optimization of results 
  • Actively tracks the results of the deployed marketing activities and seek improvements to implement for future campaigns; Monitor leads and opportunities conversions, and pipeline velocity; Responsible for budget & planning management, forecasting and reporting
