They are looking for a Consumer Marketing Director to join their growing team and lead brand strategy and messaging. This high-visibility role will have a seat at the table, oversee marketing initiatives and manage a team of brand, creative, content and eComm marketers.
The Role:
- Driving consumer marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Lead, manage and mentor marketing team including brand, creative, content and eComm
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging and brand image
- Competitive and market research to identify and analyze consumer insights and trends
- Cooperatively advise on product launch strategy and GTM planning
- Oversee marketing budget
- Manage partnerships, influencers and affiliates
The Profile:
- 8+ years experience in a consumer marketing role
- Must have experience with baby or childhood products/brands
- Metrics-driven with the ability to mange KPIs and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Experience in a leadership role managing a team
- Comfortable in a growing, nimble environment
- Demonstrated success leading consumer marketing initiatives, driving business growth and customer engagement
THIS ROLE IS HYBRID IN BOSTON 2 DAYS A WEEK (MONDAY & WEDNESDAY). THE BASE SALARY RANGE WILL FALL IN THE $185-195k RANGE.
