Manager/Sr. Manager, HR Training, Development, & Culture

Our clinical-stage Pharmaceutical client in Boston, MA is growing and looking to add a Sr. Manager, HR Training, Development, & Culture (Hybrid onsite/WFH schedule) to their team!  This role will partner with the VP of HR in assessing and implementing company-wide developmental needs and encourage learning initiatives to aid organizational development.  Will also be responsible to maintain the Company’s diversity and cultural relations programs establish best practices and identify programs to remove barriers that affect staff retention and advancement. 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support efforts on diversity and cultural inclusion programs
  • Helps to develop training and development programs and objectives, utilizing a variety of training materials and media – online and in-person.
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Maintains metrics and prepares periodic HR related reports and dashboards.
  • Trains employees and managers in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Develops and maintains cultural programs and community involvement.
  • Assists with EEO and other HR compliance reporting, surveys, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years of progressive experience in developing solutions and implementing strategies with focus on diversity and cultural resource efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and engaging presenter.
  • Well organized and attentive to details.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience, in particular PowerPoint.
