Head of Marketing
Our client is a luxury services provider on a high growth trajectory. As a profitable, boutique business looking to expand market share, they’re looking for the right Head of Marketing to join their team.
This is the perfect role for a candidate with strong luxury brand marketing experience. Reporting into the CSO, they will develop and shape brand messaging while leading a small team. This is a 4 day a week onsite role (WFH Fridays) with an organization poised for major growth. Apply today!
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement global luxury marketing strategy that drives brand growth while maximizing revenue and profit
· Ensure the brand value proposition is properly communicated across all marketing and sales touchpoints
· Own and manage insight-driven creative and marketing briefs, and lead go-to-market plans for product launches, campaigns, sales collateral, and activations
· Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure connectivity and consistency across all customer experience touch-points
· Create and manage annual marketing budget while tying it to corporate priorities
· Oversee all CRM and email functions for the company including database utilization, campaign management, and creative.
· Create marketing programs that generate lead flow for new ultra luxury customers and manage customer acquisition costs.
· Work with sales leaders to design and launch monthly promotions to drive new sales opportunities, renewals, and monthly sales production.
· Launch and manage new customer loyalty program and increase brand trust
· Develop collateral and presentation templates to ensure consistency of brand standards and positioning across sales and marketing teams.
· Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure connectivity and consistency across all customer experience touch-points
· Define sponsorship and partnership marketing strategies and manage by providing ongoing marketing and relationship support.
· Help concept and manage all events for sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.
· Manage our Voice of Customer program and provide company with a deep understanding of our customer needs and develop creative products and programs that connect to our luxury customer base.
· Analyze market information and competitor products, drawing conclusions on market trends and customer dynamics, and defining opportunities for the brand.
· Provide clear, consistent, timely communication to continent stakeholders of strategies and plans
· Provide leadership, insight and guidance to marketing team and create a team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, accountability, and high standards.
· Provide coaching and mentorship to guide the development and performance of team members.
Preferred Qualifications
· 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on brand and digital strategy
· 2+ years luxury brand marketing experience
· 3+ years of management experience
· Passion for brand strategy
· BS/BA required, MBA or advanced degree a plus
