Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading consumer tech company in the health and wellness space. They are building out the marketing team and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in paid acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategy with a strong focus on paid social. Managing a small team of contractors, this role is perfect for someone who is analytically minded – with an eye for high-performing creative in the paid social space.

THE ROLE:

  • Lead and support the implementation of our paid social media strategy: Facebook & TikTok experience a must.
  • Manage campaign KPIs including traffic, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS in order to achieve revenue and performance goals.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing: experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, landing page sources reports, etc.
  • Test new opportunities and run experiments inside the ad accounts to scale.
  • Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production, working cooperatively with Creative team.
  • Create  and present monthly & weekly performance projections.
  • Set up and monitor reporting & automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition through new channels.
  • Monitor brand voice and competitive space.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of contract digital channel managers.

THE PROFILE:

  • 3-5 years experience Customer Acquisition across multiple paid media channels and ad networks. Must have Facebook experience.
  • Experience managing budgets over $10m per year.
  • Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative testing.
  • Ability to manage creative performance and work cooperatively with creative team to optimize high-performing campaigns.
  • Results-driven marketer comfortable developing and working against goals.
  • Ability to read and utilize Google Analytics daily. Google Data Studio or Superexperience a plus.
  • Ability to manage performance marketers or agency relationships.

THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE AND WILL PAY A BASE SALARY OF $90-120K DOE.
