You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Drive Project Management on drug development program from pre-clinical stages and beyond Phase I clinical stages
  • Develop mitigation plans for bottlenecks and assess efficiencies with drug development process and build in necessary protocols for PM function
  • Lead relations with CROs, CMOs, vendors and partners and oversee budgetary items and business negotiations
  • Work with Finance in overseeing drug program budgeting and reporting
  • Regularly present progress updates to Executive team, Board, and other key stake holders with-in the organization

You Will Bring An Expertise In: 

  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in scientific discipline with 7+ years of Project focused work in Biotech or Pharmaceutical settings
  • Past success with overseeing projects from discovery to preclinical and clinical phase I studies 
  • Experience in overseeing CRO/CMO relationships and budgeting is vital
  • Exposure to FDA regulations and requirement for drug projects is desired 
  • Project management tools experience with Excel ,Gantt charts, MS Project, and/or Tableau is required
  • Exceptional communication skills with written contributions and presentations to internal and external stakeholders is necessary
  • Ability to adapt to needs of an evolving biopharma organization and attend to shifting demands as needed
