Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of global product marketing managers
- Develop a team that has a deep understanding of the competitive and industry landscape and effectively communicate industry news and information
- Interface with Chief Product Officer and Product Management team to influence the product roadmap based on customer and market knowledge; understand product requirements, release timelines, etc. and communicate key information within the Marketing team
- Lead team in developing product positioning and differentiated messaging that resonates with buyer personas
- Oversee and develop internal and external-facing tools such as competitive battlecards, presentations, customer case studies and stories, and video content
- Lead the Product Marketing team in the product launch process
- Own, create and lead team in building content and sales enablement tools
- Refine buyer knowledge / buyer personas across the Product Marketing team
- Partner with the Demand Generation to bring innovative programs to market
- Support PR and AR initiatives
Profile
- 6+ years of experience in a product marketing role
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Marketing
- Experience in security software and/or developer-centric product marketing
- Leadership skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
