In 2012, we set out to automate the world of market research. Now it's 2020 and we want to make the world of insights better, to scale expertise and to create the world’s most powerful enterprise research platform.

The Role

We are continuing to “buck the market” as our proposition continues to resonate with more customers.  As part of our planning, we are now recognizing the need to expand our service offering. While we remain wholly committed to self-serve solutions, we also recognize that some of our customers are actively seeking an additional consultancy layer. Therefore, we are launching our Certified Consultant Program in Q1 2021 and we are looking to quickly hire a talented, ambitious, and experienced executive to drive this initiative. 

We want someone to truly own the vision. We have validated the need across our customer base so are in the scale phase of experimentation but this role will shape our service offering from the ground up. 

  • Responsible for the Program’s P&L (revenue, margin, growth, and minimising op-ex.). Ensuring that key business metrics are actively supported — namely revenue and ARPA. 

  • Develop, iterate, and manage the overall offer, go-to-market proposition (on & off platform), as well as the on-going execution.  

  • From solid foundations, build an enterprise-driven, low-touch offer, and evolve to a fully self-serve solution over time.

  • Work collaboratively to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platform and consultancy touchpoints.  

  • Build and protect a culture of “consultancy excellence” and embed effective quality control measures to manage this. 

  • Create a “perfect fit for customer” approach — ensuring consultants are effectively matched to customer needs along with appropriate pricing models/packages. 

  • Build effective and scalable processes for Consultants Program — from initial customer introductions to full engagement, as well as associated internal processes. Work to ensure these are understood and embedded in the business.

  • Generate strong awareness, interest, and excitement for the program internally with customer facing teams as well as customer community.

Our Ideal candidate will tick all/most of the following boxes:

  1. Strong operational & commercial acumen, experience in partner management, and a confident negotiator

  2. Demonstrable track record in establishing and managing scalable processes 

  3. Experience of consumer market research would be an advantage but not essential.

  4. A proven ability to work in cross functional teams and collaborate productively with key internal stakeholders 

  5. Able to execute in the here and now while simultaneously driving the long-term strategic vision 

  6. A reputation for excellence
