SUMMARY
We are in search of a Director of Demand Generation to develop and launch national and highly-localized marketing campaigns that drive our SaaS offering as the preferred partner for healthcare facilities. Working closely with our local territory teams (comprised of marketing, revenue, client success), this role will cover a wide scope of responsibilities, including brand building, lead generation, campaign optimization/analysis, project planning, content development, and agency engagement.
 
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to create clear and creative B2B campaigns that drive new business and expand the brand, utilizing a mix of digital and offline playbooks. This includes expertise in building demand generation campaigns through impactful storytelling and mastering the lead generation process, as well as driving thought leadership. In this role, you will work with different stakeholders throughout the company to bring forth the most comprehensive and impactful marketing plan possible.

 ‌What‌‌ You’ll‌‌ Do‌‌
·       Translate strategy and create powerful marketing plans that grow the brand and generate conversions in our local markets.
·       Engage with B2B channel, healthcare facility, and agency partners through impactful demand generation campaigns.
·       Build a playbook of online and offline strategies, including direct mail, that can be used to repeatedly launch in new and emerging territories.
·       Develop marketing strategies based on market intelligence, locally relevant insights, and best practices. Guide creative development of our brand and campaign assets that resonate with our B2B target audience.
·       Work with our product marketing team to integrate new product and feature launches into demand campaigns for partnered facilities and agencies.
·       Help lead the creation of content, engagement, and thought leadership to connect with PR, social and digital activations, events, webinars, case studies, and channel marketing programs.
·       Develop and maintain ecosystem partnerships for driving joint marketing campaigns??
·       Effectively manage agencies and internal resources for the on-time delivery of world class marketing campaigns and impactful content series.
·       Drive coordination and alignment with local territory teams and new market teams.
 
Who‌‌ You‌‌ Are‌‌‌
·       Bachelor’s‌ ‌degree‌ preferred
·       You have 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B capacity with a heavy focus on breakthrough demand generation programs online and offline. Experience in healthcare or healthcare tech is ideal. 
·       Entrepreneurial mindset to act quickly in a fast-paced environment.  
·       Experience developing innovative marketing programs along the customer buyer's journey while also managing nurture campaigns.
·       Experience managing marketing through the entire product lifecycle.
·       Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills across all levels of the organization.
·       Experience working with and managing external agencies and outside teams, including events and experiential vendors.
·       Ready to lead groups, inspire creativity, and interact with multiple partners.
·       Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.
