Director, Medical Marketing & Education

We are searching for a Director of Medical Marketing for a hybrid role located in Boston. The role is a blend of strategy and tactical implementation. They have an aggressive expansion plan for the coming few years and this role will have a seat at the table as a member of the executive team leading that expansion.


  • Lead marketing planning for HCP communities GTM strategy for North American expansion
  • Build brand awareness among HCP communities and pediatric medical professionals
  • Develop marketing and educational resources for webinars, events and content channels
  • Own and grow medical sampling program through marketing programs, relationships and communications efforts


  • Experience leading medical marketing efforts to pediatric HCPs as well as work with pediatric governing boards
  • Experience in regulated healthcare industry (pharma, OTC, healthcare, med device or nutrition)
  • Experience leading marketing and educational comms programs directed at HCPs
  • Understanding of marketing and sales process of regulated products to both consumers and HCPs
