Director of Research:
We’re seeking an outstanding scientific leader to help build and oversee a team of scientists in the molecular biology/biochemistry field focused on RNA biology.

Lead a team of scientists to design and develop cell lines as probes for various targets

Building out the HTS workflows using state-of-the-art techniques in molecular biology/biochemistry and cell-based assays
Qualifications:

PhD in molecular/cellular biology, biochemistry, or related fields

5 years’ industry experience in drug discovery and assay development

Experience managing HTS and progressing lead compounds

Excellent people management skills

Strong background in RNA biology

Ability and desire to multitask in a startup environment
