Director of Digital Marketing
Our client, a growing and innovative leader in the Cybersecurity industry, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to join their growing team.
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and play a key role in executing high-impact marketing programs that drive growth at the top of the funnel. Your focus will be leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions across SEO, paid media, email, ABM, and website initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with 7+ years of experience in demand generation, including B2B marketing, and 2+ years of team management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Website Optimization: Drive conversions by optimizing the website for an improved user experience and performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the demand generation team to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, ABM, and website initiatives.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets across various channels to ensure cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and refine tracking systems to measure performance across all channels, including website engagement and conversions.
- Ability to go into office 2x per week – Downtown Boston
