Digital Media Buyer & Analyst

HireMinds has been engaged by MN&Co, a full-service strategic media management and marketing solutions agency, on a search to find their newest Digital Media Buyer & Analyst. Their clients range from healthcare, education, finance, retail, technology, travel/tourism and advocacy. They approach all media projects with an eye to brand integration and implementation that works for each medium – TV, radio, out-of-home, print, and multi-channel digital platforms. The Digital Media Buyer & Analyst will be responsible for measuring and reporting on KPIs as well as identifying opportunities to improve media performance, efficiency, customer acquisition, retention, and other media strategies.

*Please Note: This is a flexible hybrid work environment that will require onsite visibility at their North Andover location 3 days per week*


  • Understanding business needs, develop comprehensive digital media plans that compliment overall strategies
  • Manage the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies
  • Build relationships with media vendors and stay up to date with emerging industry trends that may improve our campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on all aspects of client’s in-market campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of those campaigns to make informed, data-driven decisions and optimizations
  • Effectively summarize our digital marketing strategies and performance updates to leadership and clients with varying levels of marketing knowledge
  • Maintains current knowledge of digital marketing; researches and seeks out industry news and up to date best practices to broaden our internal knowledgebase. Shares this knowledge and brings others along
  • Self-starter, proactive, and capable of creating solutions and solving problems

  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel), and basic knowledge of CRMs
  • Experience working in ad server platforms
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics preferred


  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Media Buying and or Marketing Analytics role, solid knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience working within ad server platforms and dashboards
  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience completing multiple assignments in a very fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly dependable

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
