We’re partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-focused digital company on a search for a Design Manager. This role works closely with executive leadership to define and steward creative standards across a portfolio of consumer brands.

 

You’ll own the look, feel, and voice of marketing and brand communications, ensuring consistency and quality across channels. From email and lifecycle marketing to campaign creative and product-adjacent design, this role blends hands-on creative leadership with strategic direction.

 

This is an opportunity for a highly creative design leader who can translate big ideas into clear, compelling visual and written executions, while maintaining strong brand discipline.

 

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design direction across multiple consumer brands

• Define and maintain visual identity across marketing channels and campaigns

• Provide creative direction for marketing emails, push notifications, and digital campaigns

• Lead campaign concepting from ideation through execution

• Oversee creative reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and storytelling standards

• Partner closely with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life

• Use data and performance insights to refine creative decisions

• Identify and test tools that improve creative speed, scale, and output quality

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or art direction

• Strong visual design foundation paired with narrative and copy sensibility

• Experience designing for consumer oriented marketing campaigns

• Excellent creative review and feedback skills

• High attention to detail and strong point of view

• Collaborative, opinionated, and comfortable working cross-functionally
