Our Waltham client is a fast-growing enterprise software company that optimizes and measures employee engagement.  They have 850+ customers and over 20M users.  We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will partner with their sales team and focus on growing business from their current client base.

Highlights of the role

  • Create and execute and execute campaigns and activities focused on awareness, lead generation, and the conversion of sales-ready opportunities
  • Develop and manage demand and lead generation programs for specific market segments including message development, targeting, campaign execution, and metrics tracking
  • Create, develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel B2B marketing programs to exceed company lead, pipeline and revenue goals for the growth of existing customer base
  • Ensure amazing marketing materials are produced, including ads, web content, emails, graphics, videos, case studies
  • Partner with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top accounts
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance 




  • 4+ years of experience involved in all activities of a demand generation program from a B2B company
  • Natural storyteller who can engage clients through multiple digital channels
  • Expert in planning, evaluating, executing, and measuring campaign performance and demonstrating ROI
  • Experience managing campaigns using a marketing automation platform
  • Scrappy – action oriented – makes things happen – takes the initiative
  • Track record of excelling in a cross-functional environment.  Successfully worked with sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
