CRM Specialist

Our client, a leading mobile application security company, is eager to find a CRM Specialist (Salesforce Admin) for their team. You will be in charge of the maintenance, improvement, overall administration and support, as well as the correct use of Salesforce. This role requires strong coordination, administration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the users in their day-to-day challenges
  • Train new and existing users and grow the platform’s skill set across the organization
  • Review user feedback and issues in order to assess possibilities for optimizing the systems
  • Manage the Salesforce platform from data management, business process management and automation and system configurations to basic administrative functions, reports & dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Document development requirements and manuals

Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience;
  • Good knowledge of automation using flows, process builder, and workflow rules
  • Salesforce Sales & Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge are important
  • Knowledge of how to use Data Loader (or other data loading tools), and Mass Data manipulation
  • Proven Project Management, Business Analytical, Coordinating and Problem Solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical and complex concepts
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to handle and prioritize requests

Nice to haves

  • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud certifications
  • Salesforce Administration certification
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator Administration
