Associate Director of HCP Marketing

Our Boston client is a rapidly growing, commercial phase, R&D based innovator that recently brought their first product to market.  Energy at the company is high right now. They have a team of experienced and passionate people creating a company, a culture, a business, and what will be a household name brand all from the ground up.  We are looking for an Associate Director of HCP Marketing.



In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute the HCP launch marketing strategy in support of the Go-to-Market model
  • Build the brand with HCPs and define and manage resources for this customer segment  
  • Develop and execute omnichannel engagement
  • Architect the Field Force engagement plan
  • Develop and execute the HCP measurement plan and capabilities, optimize strategy and execution
  • Lead company/brand presence at congresses
  • Lead the approval process for all HCP promotional materials
  • Manage HCP budget




  • 8+ years of healthcare professional marketing experience from a pharma, biotech or medical device company
  • Product launch experience
  • Ability to synthesize information from various sources to create an actionable point of view and direction for a brand
  • Proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functionally and able to partner with medical, legal, and regulatory review committees
  • Deep experience with omnichannel marketing
  • Experience with telehealth is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
