Associate Director, Marketing Analytics – Integrated Advertising Agency
HireMinds is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing Analytics to join a high-performing analytics team within a fully integrated advertising agency.
This role sits at the center of strategy, media, and creative—using data to drive smarter marketing decisions and measurable business growth. You’ll serve as the senior analytics lead across key accounts, guiding measurement strategy, developing actionable insights, and mentoring a growing team.

This is a contract to direct hire position. Rate $70-80/hr. Salary $120,000-$130,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary analytics lead across mid-to-senior client stakeholders
- Develop clear, data-driven narratives that influence marketing and investment decisions
- Design and execute cross-channel measurement frameworks from the ground up
- Analyze paid media performance and uncover growth opportunities
- Translate statistical analysis into compelling business insights
- Manage and mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
- Partner cross-functionally with strategy, media, and creative teams
- Contribute to the evolution of analytics capabilities, tools, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing analytics within an advertising, media, or communications organization
- Deep experience analyzing paid media performance across channels
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau or similar also welcome)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods (regression, correlations, hypothesis testing, financial metrics)
- Proven experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, math, marketing, or related field
