Associate Director, Digital Marketing

Our Boston area global biopharmaceutical client has a diversified commercial product portfolio and a solid pipeline of product candidates in the areas of mental health and addiction. We are looking for an Associate Director of Digital Marketing. This position will play a key role in the upcoming launch of a new product, supporting the launch and post-launch rollout of a broad digital education effort for patients and HCPs.

 

 

In this role, you will

  • Develop and deploy HCP and consumer digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice and content across channels and tactics
  • Manage multimedia content delivery across multiple websites and other digital channels
  • Manage approval process for digital marketing tactics and oversee effective implementation/deployment with agency partners
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies to reach key stakeholders

 

 

Profile

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare product marketing role, either from a company or healthcare agency
  • Well versed in a range of digital marketing tactics, including websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, and Social Media.  Knowledgeable of digital marketing tools (i.e. Marketo, Google Analytics)
  • Experience devising campaigns that are targeted and personalized to specific audiences
  • Understanding of FDA promotional guidelines and approval process
  • Able to do overnight travel <15%     
  • Bachelor’s degree
