Administrative Assistant

Our client is a global consumer brand looking for an experienced Consumer Relations Manager who is passionate about consumer satisfaction and process management. This person will also perform front desk and administrative duties, working closely with cross-functional team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations relating to consumer relations management
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to consumer inquiries across multiple touchpoints; Manage steady volume of consumer calls, emails, mail, and social media; Take necessary steps when further action is needed such as sending coupons
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for the brand
  • Maintain and update documents and databases related to consumer management
  • Generate and distribute regular logs and reports
  • Maintain and update the master consumer response book
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing
  • Greet and check-in guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Work closely with Administrative Assistant, providing each other with routine support
  • Assist Marketing and Sales on various projects such as food show coordination and coupons

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer relations or call center
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to effectively handle and troubleshoot consumer complaints and other inquiries
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Solid project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate multiple databases and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree
