Our client, located west of Boston, is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join their team and help support home office and field teams with a multitude of projects and tasks. This is a full-time, onsite, freelance opportunity that could become direct hire for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include creating PowerPoint presentations and communication materials, setting up and maintaining project files for team access, planograms and general administrative support on the project management end.
To qualify, you should have great communication (verbal and written) skills, an enthusiastic attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well with all teams. MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel expertise are a must, as is the ability to learn quickly and work in a very fast-paced environment.

Controller – Manufacturing - Lowell Direct Hire MA

• Lead all monthly and annual General Ledger and Cost Accounting activities
• Develop and manage accounting team
• Oversee the accurately and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP requirements
• Analyze and report on significant variances on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain internal controls and policies and procedures
• Drive the quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting functions
• Assist with special projects and analysis as directed by the CFO and senior leadership
• Minimum of 5 years recent cost or inventory experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience working for companies with revenues in excess of $400M
• Experience with large ERP or similar systems
