HireMinds is assisting one of our top Boston-based clients with their efforts to hire an experienced Billing Coordinator.  This is a newly created role due to growth that will have lots of exposure to senior management throughout the organization.

Primary responsibilities will include:
•    Timely and accurate management of client invoices
•    Professional resolution of billing discrepancies with clients and staff
•    Monitoring time and billing entries to ensure accuracy
•    Working with senior management to provide internal/client reports
•    Analyzing time and billing data on a monthly basis
•    Assisting senior management with special projects and research

Qualified candidates for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree with a business related major (accounting, finance, economics, etc.) and 4-6 years of related time and billing experience in a business services environment (law firm, consulting firm, public relations, CPA firm).

Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive performance bonus.

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll professional for a lead role in their corporate offices.  This individual will work closely with HR, Benefits, Accounting and be responsible for coordinating payroll operations and benefits administration for a top Boston employer. Responsibilities in this position will include:
•    Reviewing and resolving any discrepancies with weekly and monthly payroll
•    Providing assistance with audits, 401k administration and employee related inquiries
•    Ensuring compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures
•    Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of staff
•    Reconciliations and adjustments to previous payroll entries
•    Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
•    Regular confidential maintenance of employee records, benefits and related deductions

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 2 years of payroll processing and benefits administration experience utilizing online payroll software packages.  Above average communication and customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
