Boston area Life Sciences company is actively searching for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their staff. This person will report to the Controller and be a key member of this fast growing group.

In addition to supervising staff, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for coordinating month and year-end close activities, financial reporting (10-k, 10Q), development of policies and procedures, preparation of year-end audit packages, technical accounting research, ad-hoc analysis and projects as assigned by the Controller or CFO.

To be considered for this position you MUST have CPA, degree in Accounting and 5 years of progressive technical accounting experience with at least 3 of those years working for a national public accounting firm. Related industry experience is preferred.

Our client is an established Property Manager with residential assets throughout the East Coast.  They are actively seeking a Property Manager for a 100+ unit property in Western Mass. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the site including leasing, staff supervision and any related capital projects. 

Major functions in this role will include:
•    Monitoring all operational and financial aspects of the property 
•    Supervise staff and special projects on the site
•    Effectively managing tenant requests and property services
•    Financial management including lease/lease renewals, rent collections and deposits
•    Ensure the property is maintained in a professional manner 
•    Oversee compliance with HUD, Section 8, and low-income tax regulations

To be considered for this role you will have 2-3 years of related Residential Property Management experience, professional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to details.  Individuals with a COS or C3P certification are encouraged to apply for this role.
